In the late 1940’s in West Virginia, Chancey & Sons started as a carpet and upholstery cleaning company headed by our Grandpa Chancey and Grandma Chancey. Their son, Jim Chancey, learned the secrets to the trade and expanded the company to Colorado. Once in Colorado, Chancey & Sons started a property restoration division. Greg Chancey, Jim Chancey’s son, saw this division as a separate entity and started All Dry in the early 1990’s. Today, both companies are known as one entity, Chancey Enterprises, and are under the same roof and working together on property restoration and reconstruction services.

2009, Travis Chancey, Greg Chancey’s brother, envisioned a reconstruction division to accompany All Dry and started Denver Construction Group. Now Greg and Travis Chancey work together as President and Vice President of All Dry and Denver Construction Group. We envision Chancey Enterprises as a unique restoration powerhouse with two companies, All Dry and Denver Construction Group, affiliated in the same office with Chancey & Sons – the founding company that started in 1947
